If Magician Tony Spain brags about his latest trick to the cashier at the Mystic Hollow Walgreens whilst purchasing bulk vodka, the cashier is free to tell anyone and everyone the secret and there is nothing (legally) Spain can do to stop her. Of course, most people ignore Spain so this is a far-fetched scenario but it helps illustrate the point.
