Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh is known to the world as the leader of the world’s largest democracy. To his friends and nephews, however, he is known as a man who loves magic.
The Statesman of India reports Dr. Singh entertained his relatives and close friends for about one and a half hours last night. The paper did not give many details of the performance but it apparently involved a silk.
One member of the audience praised the Prime Minister’s performance, ?It was amazing to see him with the children. I even saw him giving chocolates to them. He took no time to strike a chord with the children, who remained glued to him throughout the evening.?
