Rick and Cheryl?s motto is: ?A New Era of Old Traditions.? They?ll design and manufacture illusions to be sold through their retail store at 111 East State Street in Colon. This will be literally just down the street from Abbott?s storefront. The company will also sell through the Internet.

The couple vow to bring quality made magic at affordable prices and perhaps most interestingly, they?ll have used and collectable magic available along side their newly manufactured products. They will also carry a complete line of props and books used by ventriloquists, jugglers and clowns.

We are most intrigued by FAB?s announcement that it will host new magic themed events in Colon and bring attention to area businesses in this unique village. The Fisher?s hope to ?once again bring prestige to Colon and its association with magicians that commenced over 75 years ago.?

The new business has the imprimatur of Percy Abbott?s daughter, Marilyn Abbott-Richards, ?Quite a ?magical production! This is the best thing that has happened in Colon and magic for many years!?

The Fishers will be holding an open house August 4th through the 9th when most of the magicians in the country will be heading to Colon for the Abbott?s Get-Together. We?ll be there with a camera and notepad to bring you the latest details. Until then, you can learn more by contacting them directly toll free at 877-44-MAGIK (877.446-6245).
