Tim Hannig received a nice write-up in the Post-Tribune today. Mr. Hannig is featured performing for local schools with the ?Pro Kids Show? program. You may have read about the Pro Kids Show system in recent magic magazines. The principal of the school noted that the show not only ?celebrated the end of the grading period and also meets teaching requirements for building character in a fun way.?

Sir Paul McCartney is going to be questioned by British Police after he got into a battle with a photographer under David Blaine?s glass box. London Evening Standard Photographer Kevin Wheal and the former ?Cutest Beatle? came to blows when the photographer tried to document McCartney?s visit to the stunt. The Detectives will talk to McCartney informally before deciding whether to ?take matters further.?

The Oxford Student Newspaper declares that David Blaine is not a P___K. The author was concerned about meeting Mr. Blaine and believed from his on-screen persona that he would be less than enjoyable to be around.

She writes: ?Screw journalistic objectivity – I admit, I thought David Blaine was going to be a p___k. Having seen him in his box over the summer, I thought that sitting on you?re a___ for a month wasn’t the hardest job in the world, and I was pretty sure he’d find some way to sneak a few Big Macs in there.?

David Copperfield?s sleight-of-hand is featured in the Nashville City Paper. The paper?s premise is ?What does an entertainer do to top walking through the Great Wall of China or making the Statue of Liberty disappear??

Following Mr. Copperfield?s tour through the newspaper advance articles has been a real education for me. He emphasizes a different aspect of his act with each new interview.
