We?ve been fortunate to receive sponsors of the site. I?ve listed them on the right hand side of the page and the article pages. If you?d like to sponsor or advertise on Inside Magic, email me and I?ll give you the prices (cheap) and the terms (easy).
I?ve spent about twice the European War Debt to get a bulletin board installed on the system. I know that I?m using ikonboard and that should make it free. But at the same time, I?ve already admitted to having a nut-sized cerebellum. I hired someone to put the bulletin board system together and even allow anyone to comment on any article that appears on the system. If you would like to post, please feel free. If you would like to start new categories or forums, be my guest. I will moderate the board ? not as restrictively as other magic bulletin boards ? to keep out offensive or libelous posts.
In a strange twist of fate, I won a game of liar?s poker and the right to use a really cool calendar program. I?ll try to populate it with upcoming shows and activities in the world of magic but it is open to anyone to post their upcoming shows or things that interest them.
I?ve removed the Topica listserve. I found that by going through Topica, you not only got the latest news from Inside Magic but you also got spam. I don?t like spam and my assumption is that no one does. I?m looking for a listserve that I can install on my server so that there will be no disclosure of members? names or email addresses.

I?ve added a Link of the Week (?LOW?) button. This week, it features one of my all-time favorite performers and lecturers, Trixie Bond. Trixie has not paid me a dime to be the link of the week and if you have a link (perhaps even your own) that you would like to nominate for LOW, drop me a line with the link, your reasons for thinking others in the community would enjoy it and your affiliation with the link. One of the benefits of being the LOW is that you will be picked-up by both Google and the non-Google web search engines very quickly.
The Magic Shoppe link is still here. This week, I?ve featured the omnipresent D?Lite. The shop is essentially a front end for Penguin Magic. The folks at Penguin Magic have been kind enough to allow me to affiliate with them and so anything you buy through these pages get credited to Inside Magic and will allow me to further improve the page as well as avoid the temptation of bribery for the LOW.
In keeping with the theme of crass commercialism: I?ve added a link for the Inside Magic Gift Shop. I no longer need to sell underwear to get the attention of potential customers so if you were looking for the Inside Magic thong, it?s gone. In its place I?ve added the Inside Magic clock. Fair trade.
All of this went up over the night. It could be that my chewing tobacco and Diet Coke have not provided enough fuel to make sure all of these new features work flawlessly. If you find any faults or dead-links, please let me know. If there are features you think we should include, let me know.
